A short note to say we have completed the first day of school! Whew! One new school, two different pick up times, three trips to the store for MORE school supplies and returns and I am glad that's over. Next week will be tougher on us as we add in mine and Hal's work schedules and Erica's dance classes. I pray we get it all together by Oct. when Shane starts his drum class!
I was mostly productive with this morning to myself. I went through the very last box (and it was a small one) of papers to be filed, have nearly organized a huge box of framed family photographs and other random photos and I found the checkers the kids have been looking for since our big clean out! I also cooked dinner (Cheesy Chicken/Broc Pasta) and cut a few more tee shirt squares to be made into a scarf. Though I am still working away on my preschool lesson plans, I feel like alot was completed today and I hope to get even more done tomorrow.
I'll post later on the kid's first days and schools but for now, they both had a blast! :)
