Much to my mother's horror, I have stopped buying paper napkins. Funny thing is that it's her fault. She brought me these great cotton napkins a year or more ago when I did the vintage glam party for Erica's birthday. I love them so much that I decided to stop using the paper napkins and use these. We wash clothes pretty much daily so when it is only the 4 of us here, we have plenty of napkins for 2 meals then into the wash they go. I am on the look out for more but these simple white ones are fantastic! The napkin rings I had gotten for the party and boy, they really dress the table up along side my GW plates of vintage flair! We have really been enjoying dinners here at home and setting the table has become fun again since we pull out some of the older dishes and serving bowls I have. Speaking of dinner, I've got to get it started. Tonight's Menu: Shake N Bake Nuggets, Corn on the Cob and Granny's Home Canned Green Beans :) What are you having tonight?
We had round steak, carrots, potatoes, and biscuits. Love the napkins. What a great idea!
