White Crosses

Hello, World.

On our recent trip to St. Augustine, we visited the property that holds The Great Cross. The church nearby had all these crosses in the yard. I kept hearing the lyrics to Lady Antebellum's Hello World as we walked around. I had to snap more than one shot of this. This image and some of the others I captured are amazing to me. A great reminder to stop, take in what's around me and talk to God. Life seems to have been put on fast forward lately and everything in me wishes it would just slow down. I forget to thank God for my many blessings and another day is gone. We all need a little time to stop, think and allow God back into our day. Faith is sometimes hard to hold onto in this world but there are reminders around us everyday, if we just slow down to see them. Of course, I needed The Great Cross and a churchyard FULL of little white crosses to remind me.
